Very nice.
Very friendly and helpful staff.
The only thing you could see from the window was the air conditioning pipes.

Good
The staff were excellent. Friendly and helpful. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean. The ensuite was fine. A choice of good restaurants nearby when they are open
The room was small and dark. There was natural light only from a shaft outside the window. For what was offered the hotel was not cheap.

It was good!
The staff was extremely friendly and it's very close to one of the main metro stations, which is only 5 stops from the center of Lisbon. The bathroom is quite big and comfortable. They also offer room service.
You can hear every noise through the walls while you are sleeping and also the pillows were very uncomfortable. Also, I found our room a bit small.
